Apollo S3 Private Markets Fund issued a tender offer statement (SC TO-I) on November 11, 2025 stating that the fund will purchase up to 601,142 shares that are tendered by Shareholders by 11:59 p.m., Eastern Time, on December 15, 2025. The Shares subject to the Offer (Class I, I2, and S2) represent approximately 5% of the Fund’s Shares outstanding as of September 30, 2025.
